“The eye cannot say to the hand, ‘I do not need you,’ nor again the head to the feet, ‘I do not need you…’ If one part suffers, all parts suffer with it…Now you are Christ’s body.” (1 Cor. 12:21, 26, 27)
Dear Jesus, we are one Body, united all in You.
When some parts are missing, we feel like something is askew.
Christ’s body needs its hands, and needs its feet to walk paths wise,
The body needs clear vision. But it is missing some of its eyes.
Christ’s body is limping and is missing some ears.
Some feet have fled the body. Some have been gone for years.
More eyes are needed here, Lord; also more ears and feet.
We need souls in Your Body; in Your church to take a seat.
Sweet Jesus, bring our loved ones back, to the Body of Christ.
May they return to the Body, take no time to think twice.
Let them know that they are wanted, with grace from up above,
Let them know forgiveness waits for them, and Your merciful love.
Bring them back to the Sacraments. Help their strength and valor grow.
Bring them back to Your Mother, that Blessed Mother’s love they know.
Bring them back to love You. You alone may they now serve.
Bring them back to truth, Lord, with the dignity each one deserves.
Make haste to help them, Lord. It is so late in the day.
Bring them back to virtue, with hearts yearning for the words You say.
Bring them back to the Body, let their worldly loves now cease.
Bring them back that Your Body may walk upright, with clear vision, and in peace.

GRANT US GRACE TO LET THEM GO
“It is a lesson we all need—
to let alone the things that do not concern us.
He has other ways for others to follow Him;
all do not go by the same path.
It is for each of us to learn the path by which He requires us to follow Him,
and to follow Him in that path.”
(St. Katharine Drexel)
Lord, help us to leave alone, what should not be our concern.
Guide us along the holy path, the path we ought not spurn.
The path by which You have willed, life’s lessons we may learn,
Show us the path we ought to walk. Help us our path discern.
All do not walk by the same path, nor endure the same trials.|
We all travel by different roads, though most travel many miles.
Show to loved ones, gracious Lord, the path for them that’s best.
Show to loved ones, gracious Lord, the path that’s theirs and blessed.
Lead them along this path, dear Lord, though sorrow they may know.
Through mercy lead them home to You. Grant us grace to let them go.

OUR QUEEN CAN CRUSH THE ENEMY
Our Lady of the Rosary, our true and loving Queen,
You see from heaven many things, which to us are unseen.
To the weapon of your rosary, may we in haste now run.
For through the holy Rosary, this battle can be won.
There’s a battle waging, Mary. It’s not fought with swords and guns.
It’s a battle for the human soul. At times we feel outdone.
Yet with your holy rosary, as we lift our prayers to you,
You can crush the enemy. We trust that is what you will do.
Our Lady of the Rosary, we ask of you this day.
Make haste now to our loved ones. Keep all evil at bay.
Touch their hearts now, Mary. As our rosaries we pray.
Bring them back to Jesus; back to His love today.

THE NAME OF THE BOAT IS LOVE
I saw the river over which every soul must pass to reach the kingdom of heaven and the name of the river was suffering; And I saw a boat which carries souls across the river and the name of the boat was love. (St. John of the Cross)
Each soul must pass over a river, and suffering will be its name,
It’s the river that leads to the Kingdom, the Kingdom which Christ did proclaim.
But the boat in which we must travel is a heaven-sent boat from above.
It’s a boat full of hope and mercy. And the name of the boat is love.

MAY TRUTH NOW SET US FREE
Christ, You give to us the glory, which the Father gave to Thee.
Open our eyes now, Lord, that Your glory we may see,
With the Father You are One. Make us also one with You.
The Father loves You Jesus. And He loves us too.
This world can’t see the Father. Yet, You are the Father’s light.
You make the Father known to us, that His love may burn bright.
We are the Father’s gift to You. Our children are Your gift,
Heal them Jesus by Your Word. Free them of every rift.
Lord Jesus, send the Father’s love, to the hearts of those we love.
May their hearts beat with love for You, with grace from above.|
May we at last unite as one—unite as one with Thee.
United, may we stand in truth. May truth now set us free.
