“For I know well the plans I have in mind for you… plans for your welfare and not for your woe, so as to give you a future of hope.”

“For I know the plans I have for you” thus declares the Lord.
Plans for you to follow Me, fight with the Spirit’s sword.
My plans are to prosper you, with each cross help you cope.
My plans are to give to you a future filled with hope.

Let us hope in You, Lord.  And let us never fear.
Knowing that You care for us, that You are ever near.
We lay each of our loved ones, at Your feet, dear Lord.
We pray that they may love You, Your will alone adore.

Heal them now Lord, Jesus.  Restore each loved one anew.
Help each one to embrace all that is right and true.
Do not abandon them, Lord.  Your plans, now help them see.
Grant that they may become all that You call them to be.

Keep them close to You, Lord.  Shield them beneath Your wings.
That they might fly above all sin to seek all holy things.
Save us all, Lord of mercy.  Guide us all along the way,
To an eternity in heaven, in glory one fine day.
