“Draw Your strength from the Lord and from His mighty power.” (Eph. 6:10)

Dear Lord, may we draw our strength from You and Your power.
As we put on God’s armor, may we stand firm at this hour.
Stand firm against the devil, and His wicked evil deeds,
Stand firm against all evil, which from the enemy proceeds.
We battle those who rule this darkness, those who in darkness dwell.
We fight the evil spirits who are prowling, luring souls to hell.
Lord, help us put our armor on, that today and every day,
We may firmly hold our ground, that in truth we may stay.
With righteousness our breastplate, with feet shod in Your peace,
Holding faith as our holy shield, may satan’s evil arrows cease.
With salavation as our helmet, and with the Spirit’s sword,
May we fight back the evil.  On satan, shut the door.

Dear Lord, help our loved ones, draw strength from Your power.
Help them put their armor on, to stand firm at this hour,
Against the evil enemy, against those who in darkness dwell,
Help them fight every evil spirit luring souls to hell.
Help them put their armor on that in truth they may stay,
That they may firmly hold their ground today and every day.
With righteousness their breastplate, may their feet be shod in peace,
May faith be their holy shield, that satan’s evil arrows cease.
Lord, help them put their armor on, so that in every way
They might defeat the enemy today and every day,
Make straight their path now, dear Lord, with Your mercy and love.
Go to them, Lord, and armor them.  Guide them to their home above.
