O holy saints in heaven, eternal glory you have gained.
You have reached your home in heaven, where peace and joy now reign
You are with our Master, dear saints; with He Who is all love,
You have reached Your home in heaven, and glory up above.

You holy saints in heaven, we need Your help, you know.
The battle here has grown so fierce.  The fight so strong below.
Satan is prowling everywhere, seeking souls to devour,
With deception and with death—he torments souls each hour.

Pray for us now, O holy saints.  Show to us the way,
To journey toward our final end, in a steadfast, holy way.
Pray for our loved ones, Holy Saints.  May your prayers be to them like leaven,
Help them along the holy path which will lead them one day to heaven.
